Arvind Walia, Founder and CEO
Arvind's experience spans more than twenty years in information technology, consulting and professional services. He is an accomplished entrepreneur, having started three successful Internet businesses in the last decade. Prior to founding RMP Software, Arvind was the co-Founder, President, and CEO of Visient, a professional services firm in New York, New York. Arvind holds a B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.

Duc Le, Senior Vice President
Duc started his career in professional services at methodfive, a leading technology consulting firm in Silicon Alley. At methodfive, Duc oversaw the firm's business development and account management functions. When Xceed acquired methodfive, Duc became Global Director of Business Development, managing the business development efforts of eleven Xceed offices worldwide. He has worked with clients such as The Economist, New York Times Digital, Fox Television, Pratt and Whitney, NatWest, SEI Investments and Merrill Lynch, as well as overseeing strategic alliances with firms such as PricewaterhouseCoopers and Vignette. Before professional services, Duc worked as a portfolio manager, managing assets for high-net worth individuals. Duc graduated Magna Cum Laude from Hunter College.

Randi Rosenkranz, Vice President, Client Services
Randi began her professional services career at methodfive / Worldwide Xceed Group, a leading Silicon Alley technology consultancy, as Business Development Manager. She has overseen large technology projects for numerous clients including Knoll Furniture, E.W. Scripps, Inside.com, The New Republic and Cravath, Swaine and Moore. Prior to her years in professional services, Randi worked in book publishing at Simon & Schuster, St. Martin's Press and Random House managing a number of high profile accounts including Barnes and Noble, Amazon and Crown Books. Randi received her B.A. in Psychology and Art History from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Alon Baram, Vice President, Technology
Prior to joining Porteck, Alon worked at ADP creating their Corporate Portal as well as various Web-based sales applications utilizing .Net technology. Alon began his technology career as a Lotus Notes Developer at BinaryTree where he managed and developed a variety of migration tools, some of which were integrated into Lotus Notes. Following his years at BinaryTree, Alon became a Technical Lead at iframe, overseeing a team of 15 developers tasked to create a supply chain management Web site based on COM+ and Java technologies. Additionally, Alon has also worked with corporations as Lucent and Avaya, designing and developing custom Portals utilizing J2EE technologies. Alon received his B.S. in Computer Science from SUNY at Stony Brook.

Hasit Nanda, General Manager and Chief Technology Officer, Porteck India
Hasit has more than 15 years experience in Information Technology including 10 years as the head of technology units. He has provided technical leadership for the development of software solutions, business solutions, portals, IT infrastructure & networks, BPO's and communication centers. Additionally, Hasit has successfully overseen numerous international assignments with geographically dispersed teams utilizing effective offshore delivery models. Prior to joining Porteck, Hasit was the head of IT for a UK-based software and e-learning company, managing a team of 150+ at their Indian offshore development center. Hasit is a resident of the UK and holds several post graduate qualifications in technology fields from both Leicester University (UK) and Middlesex University (UK); he has published numerous research papers in UK engineering journals.
